Only what you choose to send: if you submit the mentorship application or intake questionnaire, I receive the details you enter — parent and athlete names, contact information, and water polo background. Browsing the site itself requires nothing: no accounts, no analytics trackers, no advertising cookies.
To respond to you and, if your family joins the mentorship program, to run it — scheduling, development plans, and communication. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Ever.
Information about athletes comes from and belongs to their parents or guardians. All program communication with athletes includes a parent with full visibility. Parents can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete their family's information.
Forms run on Google Forms, scheduling on Calendly, and payments on Venmo — each processes what you enter there under its own privacy policy. I store program records in my own private business tools.
